After directing massive films like “Gladiator” and “Kingdom of Heaven,” Ridley Scott knows a thing or two about historical epics. But even by his standards, “Napoleon” was a massive undertaking. Sony this week released two brand new videos that give us a glimpse into the filmmakers epic. In the first video, titled ‘Napoleon – Real Genius’, Oscar nominated star Vanessa Kirby teases Phoenix’s authentic portrayal of the French emperor.
In the second video, titled ‘Real Filmmaking’ director Ridley Scott give us a behind-the-scenes look at the upcoming epic. “I’d have 300 men and a hundred horses and 11 cameras in the field,” he recalled, watch the video below.
