How often to you get to sit down and watch a movie?
When I worked in RTE basically all day. Most of the staff still do.
What is your favourite Irish movie?
‘Far and Away’, best comedy ever made (at least Tom Cruise’s accent was).
What is your favourite movie of all time?
The Birds (Alfred Hitchcock) Poultry Power at its best.
What movie could you never sit through again?
Anything with Ryan Gosling… the man just robbed my image and modeled himself on me.
What upcoming films are you excited to see?
Can’t wait to see ‘My Right Foot’ the sequel to ‘My Left Foot’ and see what Christys up to now.
Have you ever cried during a movie?
Only at the price of the popcorn.
What’s your favourite superhero movie?
Turkeyman half Turkey/half man, he saves all turkeys from the Christmas dinner table (still in production).
What movie scares the living daylights out of you?
‘The Living Daylights’ Timothy Dalton worst Bond ever. Ha see what I did there.
What would be a good date movie?
Any movie with The Seoige Sisters
If you could go on a date with any actor/actress – who would it be?
Clint Eastwood just for an amazing Hollywood story of craft, art and history or maybe Scarlett Johansson for a night in Coppers, a snog and a bag of chips after.
What’s your favourite movie snack?
Anything I can sneak in.
Who would play you in the movie of your life?
Big Bird or Ryan Gosling.
