Norwegian director Hans Petter Moland (‘In Order of Disappearance’) and Liam Neeson are teaming up for the Rocky Mountains-set revenge thriller ‘Hard Powder.’
Penned by Frank Baldwin, the film sees Neeson taking on the role of “an upright snowplow driver, awarded a Citizen of the Year prize by his glitzy Colorado ski town, whose life is turned upside down when his son is murdered by a powerful local drug kingpin.”
Michael Shamberg, the producer behind the likes of ‘Pulp Fiction,’ ‘Django Unchained,’ and ‘Get Shorty,’ is on board to produce, with Studiocanal fully financing. Principal photography kicks off in March.
