Instead of scaring villagers away like he used to, a reluctant Shrek now agrees to autograph pitch forks. What's happened to this ogre's roar? Longing for the days when he felt like a "real ogre," Shrek is duped into signing a pact with the smooth-talking dealmaker, Rumpelstiltskin. After the split, Roanoke's wife starts dating L.A. Kings star Jacques Grande out of revenge, sending her husband into a major professional skid--to the horror of the teams' owner Jane Bullard and Coach Cherkov. The most promising candidate, Fiona's cousin Artie, an underachieving Medieval high school slacker, proves to be more of a challenge than they bargained for.
