A wonderful documentary behind the life, and dreams of Kevin Clash. An excellent example of how a little bit of luck and a whole lot of hard work can make dreams come true.

An enjoyable enough movie that is clearly aimed at the younger audience. A very cliched story and a by the numbers kinda movie. But....what is with all the blatant product promotion, maybe its a robot thing as I Robot was the same.

If your a Speilberg fan your going to both love and hate this movie. You will love it for the great performances from the kids, the innocence of the era in which it is set, the story and finally you will love the effect. But here is the killer, you will love the nods to all the previous Speilberg movies....you will see similarities to The Goonies, ET, Close Encounters etc. and although its great to see those nods you will feel cheated by the fact that JJ used so many of them. It seems as though he had a few good ideas and strung them together with the great scenes from some of Speilbergs greatest movies. It leads you to think that was the only reason why Speilberg was brought on as a producer !!! All that said, it is a great movie with some excellent performances, some cool effects, and overall a good story, but as a Speilberg fan I couldn't help but feel I had seen it all before. I would sum the movie up as "JJ made a movie that Dawson Leary would be proud of" ;0)

Enjoyable nonsense from Michael Bay. This movie is one of those summer blockbusters that does exactly what it says on the tin. Anyone going to see this movie looking for anything but lots of explosions combined withplot holes and talentless bimbos really do not deserve any sympathy if they complain the movie did not live up to their expectations. Not a bad way to end the trilogy, and loved the many references to star trek and spock...nice touch.

A simple review here...if you enjoyed the first movie you will enjoy the second...doesn't veer too far away from the wining formula of the first movie and brings nothing new...but its funny and entertaining.

so many good things about this movie....and so many bad things. Some of the visualizations of the Green Lantern universe were done very nicely, but unfortunately some scenes looked incredibly cheap. Ryan Reynolds does a decent enough job portraying Hal Jordan which came as a pleasant surprise, but by far the weakest link in this movie is Blake Lively....seriously why she was cast in this movie is a mystery. She was a wrong choice on so many fronts, here character (and more importantly her acting) was just empty and unconvincing....I guess she treats it more like a hobby than a job. Pity really.

I really enjoyed this movie, its rare that a movie of this type appeals to both the men and the women in the audience, but this does it in spades. Some really runny moments, mixed in with some cutesy moments....possible a perfect date night movie.

nothing necessarily wrong with style over substance. But this movie concentrated just a little too much on the style and completely forgot about the substance. The script and basic story are just a mess....for most of the movie you just do not care about anyone...there is no connection with a single character, and you don't care if they live or die. The action sequences were impressive, if not overly choreographed. However they lacked originality....every sequence I could trace back to another movie from the Matrix to Hell Boy. So to sum up, > a movie full of cliches > clearly inspired by well known sources, > no emotional connection with any of the characters > looked impressive > good soundtrack

an enjoyable movie, a little slow in places but overall very good. Not much point having a Olivia Wilde billed in the movie, for all of the five minutes she's in it.
