With Sly to write and direct the project…
Despite Sylvester Stallone’s earlier claims that we won’t be seeing another Rambo, it seems a fifth film has got the green light.
In a recent Lionsgate publication, a list of projects in development included Rambo V, to be written and directed by Sly Stallone himself.
Other films in development include: ‘Warrior,’ which Gavin O’Connor co-wrote and will direct; ‘Conan’, a fast-tracked project with multiple scripts in the works and ‘Severance Package,’ with Brett Simon writing and directing.
‘Rambo’ hit Irish theatre earlier this year grossing $42.5M stateside and $113M worldwide.
